DREW MILLER
ANALYST
Drew Miller is an Analyst for River Caddis Group. In this role, he supports the development team on acquisitions and real estate projects across various stages of execution—including conducting market research and financial analyses to assess site viability and inform development strategy. Drew’s responsibilities include preparing materials such as funding applications and RFPs.

In addition to his valuable contributions to River Caddis, Drew is the founder and operator of Miller Exterior Services. His strong communication, sales, management, and marketing skills bring an entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to his work with the River Caddis’ team.

Drew is actively pursing his BBA with a Finance concentration from Heidelberg University, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA as an Honors Student.
