GABE GOUDREAU

Gabe Goudreau is a Development Associate at River Caddis Group, where he is involved in both acquisitions and development across a range of asset types—including LIHTC, mixed-income, and market-rate multifamily housing, as well as select commercial and industrial projects. His work supports the full origination cycle of new opportunities, from site selection and underwriting to structuring creative capital stacks that enhance project viability.
 
Before joining River Caddis, Gabe was a Development Intern at Roers Companies, a national multifamily developer specializing in LIHTC and market-rate projects. He also founded and operated a real estate consulting firm, providing financial modeling services to clients pursuing diverse residential and commercial investment strategies.
 
Gabe earned his B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business.
